By placing an order with 11fit.in, you agree to the following billing and payment terms. We utilize industry-leading, 100% secure payment gateways to ensure your personal data and financial information are strictly protected.

💳 1. Payment Options

We offer flexible and convenient payment methods to ensure a smooth shopping experience. At checkout, you can choose between the following two options:

📱 Option A: Prepaid (Online Payment)

For the fastest order processing and contactless delivery, we highly recommend choosing a prepaid method. We accept:

  • UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.
  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and American Express.
  • Net Banking: All major Indian banks supported.
  • Wallets: Select mobile wallets as provided by our payment gateway.

💵 Option B: Cash on Delivery (COD)

Prefer to pay when your activewear arrives? No problem! Simply select Cash on Delivery at checkout.

  • Pay the exact order amount to the delivery executive when your package is handed to you.
  • You can choose to pay the executive in Cash or via a direct UPI scanner upon delivery.
  • Please note: COD may not be available for certain high-value orders or non-serviceable pin codes.

🧾 2. GST, Taxes & Invoicing

  • No Hidden Charges: What you see is what you pay. All product prices listed on 11fit.in are exactly as shown at checkout (excluding any applicable shipping fees clearly displayed before you pay).
  • Inclusive of GST: All items are billed with a GST invoice. As per government regulations, a 5% GST applies to our sportswear category, which is already included in the MRP shown on the website.
  • Digital Invoices: A detailed tax invoice will be sent to your registered email address immediately upon order confirmation, and a physical copy will be included inside your delivery package.

🔒 3. Payment Security

Your security is our priority. 11fit.in does not directly process, record, or store your credit card or bank account details. All transactions are heavily encrypted and processed through RBI-approved, PCI-DSS compliant secure payment gateways.
