Every piece of activewear at 11fit.in is backed by the manufacturing excellence of our parent company, Espon. We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and strictly adhere to a rigorous 3-stage Quality Check (QC) process at our Rohtak factory before any product reaches your doorstep.

  • Premium Standards: We meticulously test fabric GSM, stretchability, colorfastness, and durable double-lock stitching to ensure retail perfection.
  • True-to-Life Representation: What you see is what you get. We provide detailed size charts and high-resolution images so you can confidently choose the perfect fit and fabric.

📦 2. Our 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your fit! If things aren't absolutely perfect, our customer-friendly return and exchange process is here to help. You can raise a request within 7 days of delivery.

What is Eligible for Return/Exchange?

  • Manufacturing Defects: On the rare occasion you receive a defective item (e.g., torn fabric, faulty zippers, stitching errors, or misprints), we will arrange a free replacement or offer a full refund.
  • Size & Fit Issues: If the apparel is too tight or too loose, you can easily request a size exchange.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you received a different color or style than what you ordered, we will replace it immediately at no extra cost.
⚠️ Important Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the apparel must be exactly as you received it—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all 11fit.in tags and original packaging strictly intact.

🔄 3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

We have kept the process simple and fast:

  1. Raise a Request: Email us or reach out on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your Order ID and the reason for return.
  2. Share Proof: For defective or wrong items, please attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue along with the intact tags.
  3. Pickup Arranged: Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the package from your doorstep within 24-48 hours.
  4. QC & Processing: Upon receiving the item at our warehouse, it will undergo a quick quality check. Once cleared, your exchange will be dispatched, or your refund will be initiated.

💳 4. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Netbanking) within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes our warehouse quality check.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed via a direct Bank Transfer or UPI. Our team will request your payment details once the return is approved.
  • Note: Shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of placing the original order are non-refundable.
